This is designed to hold you back into the heel pocket of the boot. This is one of the most effect ways to increase your heel hold. B4 is 5MM thick.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo tools are required to put the Boot Foam pieces on your liner. However if you have a heat gun or a hair dryer it will make the foam easier to work with. Please make sure your boots are dry before adding the adhesive. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFun fact, if you add the Joeys Liner Sleeve over the Boot Foam on the liner it will insure they stay in place.
